Mrs. Stewart's Grade Two Adventure!

Reminders: Student Involved conferences will be on Thursday and Friday. You can sign up using your MyCbe account Fun lunch on Thursday March 19th if you signed up during Healthy Hunger No school on Friday because of Student Involved Parent Teacher Conferences Spring Break from March 23 - March 27th.  Classes Resume on Monday March 30th Field Trip to Telus Spark Science Centre on Tuesday March 31st, Highlights of Grade Two Today: we did not catch the leprechaun today, but he did make QUITE a mess in our classroom we wrote about how we would change our traps if we had to do it again, we did this in partner writing we completed a St.Patricks Day riddle by doing double digit addition! Ask me what the answer was we learned a new game in gym called Nine Square, ask me about it we learned what transparent, opaque and translucent means. Ask me to explain these to you  

  Highlights of Grade Two Today: we did three rounds of literacy stations! Ask me which ones I did we did a new estimystery, ask me about it!  we built our leprechaun traps, we determined what materials we needed to use and how to attach them to try to catch a leprechaun.  We set our traps before we left school for the day and we will see tomorrow if we caught one!  we had music
