Mrs. Stewart's Grade Two Adventure!

Reminders: Tomorrow we will be having a games day!!! If you have any card games or board games that you would like to bring in to play with your friends, you can do that!!!  Tomorrow is the last day of school! We brought our supplies home today so please go through my backpack with me to clear it out! There is lots of cool stuff in there! Highlights of Grade Two: we went to gym we watched a movie...ask me which one I watched we played on the laptops and then helped Mrs. Stewart sign everybody out and clean the laptops creative club came for the last time and taught us how to make a spring card!  

 Reminders: Tomorrow is Play Day!!!  We will be outside for the morning so please come dressed for the weather!!  The theme of this Play Day is Zoo Day!!!! So feel free to dress up like an animal or any zoo character for the day! Remember that we will be giving out Mr. Freezies to all students, if you do not want your child to have one you must email me to let me know.  There were quite a few mosquitoes around today so you might want to put bug spray on before you come to school in the morning so you can play without them bugging you during Play Day!  Highlights of Today: we walked....and walked and walked and walked! We had lots of tired students this afternoon!! But a great time was had at Vivo park today for our picnic and community walk. we worked on our memory pages of Grade Two, ask me what memories I included

 Reminders: Play Day is Wednesday June 24th.  Dress for varied weather and bring a water bottle. (Students can come with sunscreen on but teachers can not help apply it at school.) On Play Day we are providing Freezies. PARENTS THAT DO NOT WANT THEIR CHILD TO HAVE ONE MUST EMAIL THE TEACHER and can send an alternative treat for their child to enjoy that day. Report Cards open to parents on Thursday. Friday is the last day of school for the year.\ Highlights of Grade Two: we did morning maker we got to play with the chicks today, they got to run around while we sat in a circle.  Ask me about it! we wrote a letter to our chicks, ask me what I said to them it is our chicks last day with us today, they are going back to the farm so they can have room to run and grow we went outside for recess we finished a very special art project.
